This organization is like stepping back in time where there is no diversity and opportunities are given to those who are part of a circle. Employees are treated like second class/management is only friendly to those that look like them

Only thing I would say to work there is the small people that make the company work

Cons

The management doesn’t have the knowledge of anything. They only care about numbers. They treat the tech like children. You will never move up in the company. They will hire people that don’t have any experience for more money than the people that have experience. There not enough space to tell you everything
