It can be a flexible self motivated schedule, the team is great, company phone and vehicle, work life balance and benefits are sufficient.

Cons

No training or support from upper management, pay is way below cost of living, you’re asked to do more than possible daily, company goals change week to week, raises are once a year and minimal, no incentive or bonus structure.
