Pros

Quench itself is great. The VP and above care about the staff and care to interact. They entrust their staff to refer quality peers to the company versus taking a random application. Transparency with internal opportunities for promotion.

Cons

The superiors don't know what they're doing and don't care to learn. The team is taught to lean on colleagues when assistance is needed. There is a lot of work put on employees that should ideally be divided amongst more staff.
