Leadership team, Culture, Company wide meetings every month that are fun, Extracurricular activities (flag football, barbeques), Growth potential of company and for employees Wasn't actively looking for a job last year, recruiter found me. She sold me right away. Interview in person was great with future manager and I have enjoyed working here. Not a perfect company, but what is?
