Pros

The company culture is the best I have ever experienced. Quench's CEO, Tony, makes a defining point to keep all employees not only satisfied, but to feel as though Quench is the last company they will want to work for and retire with. Great benefits, management is not overbearing nor micromanaging, you make your own schedule. Quench expects hard work all the time, especially with OB prospecting in an outside sales position, but is also understanding when you have something pop up in your life which is important and urgent that needs to be taken care of. The company cares for all levels of it's employees and it shows through their retention and consistant expansion.

Cons

Leaving the company to start a new venture. Only positives here... I loved working for Quench.

Pros

I recently gave my two weeks notice and I’m heartbroken about it. I am only leaving because I got a job closer to home. I started at Quench over two years ago as a call team representative. After 6 months, I was promoted to work escalation cases. After doing that for about a year, I was promoted again to another new position. My biggest challenge in my new role was project management and prioritizing my schedule. I was blessed enough to report to the VP of customer care who quickly became a mentor to me. She truly is the reason why I am where I am today in my career. She helped me strengthen my skill set to the potential it could be. She saw something in me that I didn’t see in myself, which allowed me to grow the confidence to really grow in my role, and as a person. She is a mentor for everyone inside and outside of her department, and really wants the company and the people in it to reach their full potential. The Recruiting/hiring Process was amazing when I first got hired at Quench. I have never felt more confident accepting a job offer than I did with the recruiter who hired me, and I know she makes everyone she interviews/hires feel the same way. Both of the recruiters go through countless resumes and still manage to treat everyone they talk to personably. Multiple colleagues have told me that they made the decision to come to Quench because of how amazing the recruiting process was. The whole HR department is very approachable and I’ve always felt comfortable to speak with them work and non-work related It’s not everyday you work in a company where the CEO knows everyone by name. He is one of the most easy going CEO’s I have ever met and he makes a consistent effort to get to know everyone in the office. The whole executive team is like this and it really makes you feel appreciated. Despite previous negative reviews, the managers are doing the best that they can do and are learning something new everyday while remaining as positive as possible during the process. When a company changes systems, like we did, it’s hard for everyone but it is especially hard for the managers and leadership team. The managers are doing a great job and I truly appreciate all of them. Quench is a great place to work and like any other company it has experienced some growing pains. There has been a lot of change that has happened in the past couple of years - including, The customer base growing significantly The teams/departments growing significantly Going from a private company to a public one Implementing a completely new system. That has been a lot of change in a short period of time, so growing pains are inevitable. Overall, Quench is a family, and I built friendships there that I will have for the rest of my life and I am so grateful.

Cons

I don't have many cons. I just have a few suggestions: Keep employees engage through company wide activities and departmental activities. Do team building exercises Create a suggestion box for employeess to suggest company activities/events they would like to see in the future

None , None , None None None

Cons

Management sucks . Extremely bad when you see higher management leave. Really high turnover . Please do not believe any positivity you see on these reviews , the company makes their own up and remove all the negative ones. No room whatsoever for growth . This company isn’t going anywhere . Really bad products and services . A point system that makes no since at all .
