Our Field Service Technicians are an integral part of our team, working one-on-one with customers and serving as the face of our company, so we take all your suggestions and input seriously. We will take into consideration your concerns regarding management and compensation going forward. Regarding our filters, our water filter is referred to as a “coffee filter” by other companies in the industry because it is traditionally used as a coffee filter as it removes more impurities from water than a traditional water cooler filter.
