Pros

The ability to move within departments fairly quickly if you speak up and let it be known and you put the effort in. Too much effort will keep you in the same position. Smile, mind your business and keep your head down. You'll move up quicker.

Cons

They justify the pay with a vague job description ran through AI to advise HR on how much your position is worth. HR will say it's market value and based on the position but the job descriptions are very vague. If you do decide to interview and consider accepting an offer be ready to counter because it'll be very low.

Extremely poor communication between departments, little to no leadership skills or empowerment of junior employees, cutthroat culture, firings occur for minor inconveniences and mistakes rather than patterns of behavior
