No room for new ideas in India office especially.

I worked there for 10 years in the Lenexa branch. As a female and non-white employee, I faced racism and sexism frequently. This was done by management and employees alike. Complaints to HR did nothing but cause me more problems. When one of the abusers was a female HR employee, I finally gave up and quit. The corporate office cares nothing about its employees. I was constantly forced to cut down on my teams' raises and bonuses while the management took home the bigger bonuses. I lasted there for over 10 years because of my team and the goal of helping them with their career goals. We were forced to outsource our IT to India so the company can make a bigger profit, regardless of poor quality. I wouldn't recommend working there as politics are unbearable.
