Progression opportunities are very limited and you only progress if the upper management like you personally or you know someone who is liked by upper management. I enjoyed my time here overall due to the people I directly worked with but unfortunately career wise you will not get far here. I would have loved to progress with this company but after several internal applications being rejected I decided to apply else where and finally got the position I was after at a much larger company.
