      Pros

      Benefits, good morale in MOST departments, willingness to be innovative and progress, great ideas, most teams have a family attitude (good or bad). Does not discriminate.

      Cons

      Salaries, most management attitudes, not protecting employees, unfair practices in HR, staff reductions causing professional morale to lower. Very stressful environment at times due to lack of appropriately trained staff, does not like middle management to meet together, big brother attitude with hidden cameras and constant tracking of computer usage.

      Pros

      People are fun to work with in general and are usually very open to questions. Has pretty good life balance aspects.

      Cons

      Doesn't seem like a place to be if you are the ambitious type. The company in general is not very flat so in order to move up you have to be willing to put in a lot of time and kiss up to management.

      challenging positions, always learning something new, adherence to compliance laws, integrity and quality demanded of all employees, support from coworkers

      Cons

      too many new initiatives at a time, did not allow employees adequate time to master one task before moving on to another, difficult to have work/life balance
