      Plenty of work, decent benefits, good opportunities to learn various skills.

      Cons

      Lack of management involvement, little difference in pay for employees with 2 or 4 year degrees, little to no room for upward movement. Management favoritism between employees. Many people hired based on a friend working there, even if they didn't have the necessary skill or experience. All on the job training, very little knowledge sharing.
