      Its a good place to get your foot in the door at some impressive companies. And they will try to move you around to a different position or company if you want a change.

      Cons

      Limited growth potential, and the pay raises are pretty terrible. Although engineers will be paid significantly more than other backgrounds.

      the only positive thing in Quest are they hire college fresh graduated student and people who couldn't finsh their degree
