Feels like a human smuggling ring from India to the UK on visas, spending half a million pounds just on visas for people we could hire in the UK. Instead it feels like the company just want to bring over 100s of Indians who are either average at their job or are friends of them from back in India. The culture for these people is also very bad where (Indian managers) have said, they like doing the visa route as they can hold it over the employees that if they dont work extra etc or do what they want they can "send then back to India" which I think is truly unfair. When there is a lot of engineering talent in the UK hire locally for what would be a lower cost than importing from India with visas etc.
