      -Relatively laid back environment. -Typically younger individuals that promote fresh ideas -Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      -The type of work you are assigned varies wildly in both interest and work load. -There are many individuals that work there that have no background in the work that they do. This leads to people that have a biology background trying to be project managers despite having no experience in that field.

      Pros

      Best thing you don't have to deal with Quest management daily. You will be working at Client site with minimum supervision from Quest manager which is the best thing.

      Cons

      There are many. Low pay, no respect, no transparency, favoritism, politics, no fairness, no growth, no stability, no vision. In short they don't care for their employees. They are just after money. Takes huge profits and pays the employees mere pennies. Avoid this company if you can.
