Terrible company. Managements idea of managing is by brute force rather than actually listening to their employees and managing the project, they expect everyone else under them to do their jobs for them. Then when the project falls apart management will use you as a scapegoat for their own ineptitude. I had also had five bosses, because apparently each one of them was worthless.

Salary and benefits are not competitive at all, normally doing the boring busy work your customer doesn't want to do, team leads can be cliquey, upper management only cares about money
