      Good place to work to find a job elsewhere

      Pros

      They're willing to higher people fresh out of college giving them a foot in the door. The customers we work with are great companies to transition to.

      Cons

      Management has no grasp of what the teams do. They constantly talk about how they're working on retaining employees but underpay, provide no incentives, and have actually stated that QuEST should be used to fill out your resume to get a better job elsewhere.

      Pros

      Depending on the role, the hours can be flexible. Generally friendly group of people. Lot of opportunities to learn new skills. Pretty good benefit plan. Potential to start your own projects.

      Cons

      Growth potential within the company is limited to mostly management positions. Unless you are proactive, there is a good chance you will be stuck copying and pasting things in Excel all day. There is a high turnover. This is a pro and con, anyone with skills leaves for a better paying job. The emphasis is on flat growth. Body count is worth more than skills and knowledge.
