Pros

1. Good work life balance 2. Management with terms of salary credit and benefits is timely. 3. Everything depends on whether your in project or not.

Cons

1. They hire you for project duration telling more than 1 year, but it is only 4-6months project and you will be in bench again. 2. Since the organization is huge, there is no proper one on one with Manager. 3. No body cares you if your in bench 4. No career growth and hike is very less. I got 0.05% less than 1%.
