      Lack of internal structure for teams, no KPI's or goals to focus on. Could improve in communicating current situation at the organization as they started doing massive layoffs due to new management

      Pros

      If you are looking to learn about technology or if your target is to grow professionally in this sector, then this is the right company to apply to. Salary is competitive and even higher than other companies around, Plus you get Annual bonus based on the company yearly goals and a Salary increase each year. They give you the chance to work from home which is so flexible nowadays. Leadership is very flexible, supportive and willing to help at all times!! and it is good to mention that they will give you all equipment to work from home (Very nice Laptops and displays) Private Life Insurance with Dental included!!

      Cons

      I mean, the company so far has been really good to my personal experience. All I would have wanted is that desk and chairs would have been covered as well within the equipment to work from home as I had to purchase there 2 and are a bit expensive, but other than I cannot mention other significant "Cons".
