Pros

Great place to soak up as much as you can. great people and loved the culture.

Cons

Unfortunately, as much as I love the company, it's become apparent that it is not a 'Career' company. From the promised pay raises to the fact that there is no longer any 401k matching.

I can only speak to the KACE part of the company, as Quest is a Frankenstein monster of different product families. The KACE SMA & SDA products continue to be well crafted, and extremely popular with customers who khow how to effectively implement and manage them.

Cons

I can only speak to the KACE part of the company, as Quest is a Frankenstein monster of different product families. The company's dedication to, and investment in, the KACE lines have declined over the years. There seems to be insufficient direction plotting currently.
