      People are great. The management wants to take care of the people, and there is a clear path of where we want to go.

      The pay is not the top of the line for some of the work.

      Great team environment. Very helpful management and coworkers. Encouragement and skills provided to be successful. No micro managing. Treated like adults who are responsible for their job and their money. Great work/life balance. Compensation and benefits are great.
