      Solid leaders Great sw solutions Passionate employees Good company culture Innovation!

      Cons

      Not much, we've had some employee churn since we divested from Dell & disbanded the Dell Software Group but future looks good!

      Pros

      The company is young having been created as a divestiture from Dell, Inc. That means there are a lot of opportunities for growth within the organization in many types of roles.

      Cons

      Continued work on strategy and people development.

      Solid products with great reputations and dedicated users Culture of inclusiveness, latitude for decision-making

      Cons

      Dell's purchase (and subsequent sale) of Quest was a disaster. Dell does not know how to be a software company. Hopefully Quest will now be able to renew its former glory

"...you hit the ball, you catch the ball." You're right - the primary imperative of any software company is to understand the products, their customers and what they need!
