It was great before Dell bought them, pay, perks, company direction, all very positive. I hope they've returned to their roots.

Good work/life balance, easy to get time off if you need it. There are some good people there, made a lot of friends.

Cons

Raises are very low and inconsistent. Management is not always clear with direction the company is headed, and changing their minds and doing a 180 a few months later.

For example, you categorize raises as very low and inconsistent. One of the first post divestiture actions was to run a merit planning process for all employees with an average pool of 4%.
