After 10+ years with Quest I could say: - Work/Life Balance is solid - Great colleagues & comprehensive portfolio - That is all

Cons

- Exec team is pathetic in many ways and no one trusts them, their actions do not motivate due to their history of BS. Your employees see right through you. I'm sure LuAnn will add a lame passive aggressive response here - Lack of growth opportunities from within: a surplus of long time loyal, talented employees who are the backbone of Quest's historical success that you should take better care of but are clueless - Now a Professional Services and Compliance Audit driven company, Software is secondary - however, keep handing out the laughable Comp Plans and see what happens - How some senior level Channel folks that set the Global Strategy and Program still have jobs is amazing
