Dynamic, fast-paced environment. Sense of family amongst employees.

Cons

As in most companies growing fast, too much to do and too little time.

Pros

Quest promoted work life balance. Encouraged employees to push the envelope to be creative.

Cons

Once acquired by Dell lots of fire-drills for reports, marketing updates. Added to the heavy work load can be extremely frustrating. Cost cutting activity make it difficult to make goals for the business.

Fresh fruit and K-cup coffee in the breakrooms.

Cons

Pervasive mediocrity interrupted by pockets of shocking incompetence. Aggressive acquisitions are followed by layoffs and malign neglect. Executives who manage products and divisions into the ground are rewarded with promotions. You may search in vain for evidence of leadership or vision.
