Pros

Great work-life balance, many career opportunities if you put in the work, hard work is recognized and rewarded, fantastic team of people to work with that have a variety of tenure, knowledge, and experience in software.

Cons

CRM was problematic in 2021, however, is now much improved. Feedback on enhancements is frequently reviewed.

Focus on good technology and buying new companies: Very good products Clear personal objectives and aligned to the business. Clear understanding on how to make your objectives and achieve incentives Good company culture, customer oriented and employee satisfaction

Cons

Too much remote work. May be hard for new employees to integrate themselves in the company. Real good and flexible work/life balance
