      Pros

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Raises are non existent for management level and there isn’t any room for growth. This is not the company to join if you are looking to advance your career. Work load is constantly increasing despite raises not being given and yearly layoffs which put strain on the team.

      Pros

      -Great place to start your career in cybersecurity as a steppingstone -PAM solution is in the Gartner Leaders Quadrant -Access Management also in the Gartner Leader's Quadrant -Opportunity to make large commissions -Very competitive benefits

      Cons

      -Lack of training, leads and support by marketing -It's owned by a capital firm, just know it will be sold 3-5 years again down the road from past history -They are not invested in their sales people long term

      Greta place to start sales career, horrible if you are experienced and are worth more than 35K base

      Pros

      Co-Workers, Solid Products, Well established organization in the industry, Good place to get your foot in the door in sales and Saas industry.

      Cons

      PAY, PAY, PAY… they expect you to close 1M+ a year to hit quotas and the base pay is 35K MAYBE with taxes etc. Decent leadership but they truly don’t care about you at the end of the day, benefits are average and pay is extremely subpar for what they expect you to close. I know SDRs at other orgs making twice as ISR/Account Managers at Quest. The turnover rate is SO HIGH due to the fact you get paid next to nothing while they expect you to close 300K per quarter.
