Business Outlook

Pros

Good Learning Opportunities: Exposure to enterprise software sales and technical environments helps build valuable skills in SaaS, cloud, and IT infrastructure. Supportive Teams: Many employees report collaborative and knowledgeable teams, especially in sales engineering and technical support. Global Reach: As a global company, there are opportunities to engage with diverse clients and cross-regional projects. Career Growth: There are defined career paths, with chances to progress into senior sales or technical roles. Work-Life Balance: Some roles offer decent work-life balance, with flexible working arrangements becoming more common.

Cons

Compensation: Some feel the pay and commission structures may lag behind more aggressive tech startups.

Redundancy Decrease

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Great people working there, lots of talent and support

Cons

Changed redundancy from 6+ weeks per year at salary to statutory only which is 2 weeks per year at 600. No announcement so lots of long term employees only found out they had no safety net when told they were being let go. In the age of AI with increased redundancies this is a company showing a lack of value for employees.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the talented and supportive people across the organization. We do want to clarify that the information shared regarding redundancy packages is not accurate. Our packages do provide more than the statutory minimum and are designed to align with market practices. We understand that changes in this area can be difficult. We remain focused on supporting employees through transitions and ensuring our actions align with our values. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

OK to work for.

Pros

Benefits are quite good compared to some others.

Cons

Mgt Constantly changing. One set of staff reductions after another, no logic, performers and non performers are being let go. Promotions only go to people the CEO already knows from his past.
