Pros

For my department I can say that we have flexibilty and freedom to organize our working day and make decisions. There is no micromanagent and all that is required that we are professional, maintain SLA and Quality Level. My team and I are supported and looked after to make sure we have the tools we need to do the job. I can organize my day and time, as much as possible if I have something person to attend, as long as I have cover for that time and there is no delay in completing my tasks. Great benefit package. The people are making it a great place to work and atmsophere

Cons

Current system is not working and has increased manual work and lead time to complete tasks. Salary is low compared to similar roles or even lower roles

Okay pay to start, frequent 1 hour lunch, pretty easy days.
