The development you receive here is unheard of

Cons

You don't need a degree. The management is terrible. They force you to work overtime. They promise and OTE of 50k, but you will never and no one ever hits that. The pay structure is based on meetings qualified 60!, 45 meetings held, and 50k closed business (when you have no control over that aspect)

They try to improve on work life balance. There are chances of moving up the corporate ladder. Good people working there.

Cons

My manager was not very friendly and used fowl language. My 1 on 1's were not very meaninful or helpful. They were just to mark a checkbox.
