Pros

There is a clearer understanding of the strategy and direction of the company through the transparent communications from senior leaders and the ELT. Employees are reinvigorated after a very successful Q1. Moral seems to be up and there is more excitement around the business and products.

Cons

If you are comfortable with change, you will do great at Quest. The company is moving in the right direction and flexing where needed to keep up with the market demands. You have to be open to change and dealing with ambiguity.

Work life balance is the best .

Cons

Constant workfroce reductions every quater. So, no job security. Was a Good Company until it was owned by Dell. Once taken over by Fransico partners. every quater there are layoffs. not a reliable company.
