Pros

Great people, great energy. Although I was employed there during the Dell Software acquisition, Quest is in a rebuilding stage now as it returns to its roots. Exciting!

Cons

No cons really. Steady and consistent work hours. Pay is commensurate with experience and at entry level but room for growth and promotion.

Pros

Benefits - 401K, Health, Dental, Vision are good

Cons

Too many ownership changes have cause the technology to suffer, and have caused morale to fade. Seems like there are a lot of long term, valuable employees that are starting to look elsewhere
