I feel valued, and I get to shape the products that I work with. I have the opportunity to provide feedback to Product Management which is well-taken. I can see the impact that I have personally had on the products that I support.

Cons

The organizational structure is pretty flat, which has its benefits, but this also means that there is little opportunity for advancement within the same department.

Renewal environment has great vibes

Support from team and managers Great Salary package Flexibility Great place to work Meritocracy- if you work hard you are rewarded

Cons

Sales and Renewals have no currently WFH options in Cork - it would be great to become Hybrid Work from abroad for a few weeks - as many of the reps are foreigners it would be great spending time with our family without taking holidays
