Pros

Easy and different job, lots of different shifts , set schedule , set lunch, management on sight able to use company card

Cons

Favoritism, had point system but would be bent for the right person or circumstance , was told a point would go off my record if I came In an hour early

Troubling times but big potential

Pros

Absolutely great people in the DP business. Fun work environment and great support from teammates.

Cons

Management seems to have their hands tied with personnel decisions. Complete restructuring of sales and go to market strategies. (hopefully this becomes a +) General uncertainty in the future of the business. Low pay to some of the best salespeople. Low commissions across the board.
