An innovative company driven from the top to delight customers with great software. A sharp focus to grow into new areas that expand opportunities.

Cons

With a great focus on growth in new areas comes lack if information. So although there were always new products/technologies, they didn't always come with great marketing materials.

Pros

Good People to work with, Internally the company worked well with other departments and seemed to want to resolve problems.

Cons

Dell acquired Quest, not that this was a bad thing. I wish I would have stayed to see what changes took place.
