      CEO is so detached from the reality the employees face, it's frightening

      Great employees. 100% remote work.

      Cons

      CEO and executive staff are completely detached from the rest of the employee base. They live in a different reality and act like everything is fine, while the rest of the employees deal with a company that is disintegrating and failing.
