Pros

Good work/life balance. There are some great people who work there. The company strives towards diversity.

Cons

Management has very little time for their teams. They often seem stressed & angry because of constant demands from the new ELT. The negativity trickles down. Employees are left without support, communication, or direction. No raises. No advancement opportunities. For the past few years, good employees are regularly discarded for cheaper, sub-par and/or outsourced contractors who don’t know how to do the job which makes everything worse. Profit and not quality or excellence appears to be all that matters.

Pros

1. Quite flexible working hours and no stringent deadline 2. Encouraging environment for implementing new ideas in code 3. There is a probability of learning about a few design patterns (need to stay here a bit long for that!) 4. Good leave and WFH policies

Cons

Learning opportunities are less (in terms of new technologies) if working on c++ based products
