      Pros

      Some great colleagues, OK Managagement but never the same after the Dell acquisition in 2012 unfortunately.

      Cons

      Franciso Partners (equity partners) interests very different to mine.

      Complex product portfolio; Culture lacking

      Great technology; but the portfolio is complex.

      Cons

      Culture is very divided - old versus new. Company going through significant change since Dell separation.

We knew that there would be the need for significant change just based on the size of Dell vs. the size of Quest.       Pros

      Flexible attitude to Work-life balance - really helps when managing a family and working full-time. Good pay, Good benefits, Great workspace Interesting career opportunities Feels like a 'start-up' company with a pioneer spirit

      Cons

      Having recently been divested from Dell, which was a messy business by all accounts, some process are still not right which can impact your day to day work, but in the main this is improving over time.
