      Pros

      Good company with good work life balance.

      Cons

      Too much work pressure.Especially with new management which took over from Dell . Removed lot of employees. There is lot of pressure on current employees. as the team is understaffed. The main salary is decided at the time of joining. Rarely there is a performance appraisal or a hike.

      honestly I'm not able to found any reason for ( at least for the Data Protection area )... and I'm realy sad for it!

      Cons

      Quest , today, it's just a financial company asset. No real R&D Plan and no real new product.... Vroom seems to be just a simple dashboard rigth now. Quest had great products , Netvault, RapidRecory, vRanger ...Ocarina and Kace, bound, by Dell, into an option role for the Poweredge servers. Dell have almost kill the Company ! then sold off for a value lower than the acquired one. Today Quest Data Protection it's competently out of the market and from Gardner radars .... with an imminent prediction Death ( if they don't found something really New and revolutionary soon)

      Good benefits such as health insurance, pension etc. Good community Spirit

      Cons

      It has been bought out by a private firm so they are chopping up the business and selling it on. It would be more beneficial to them if they just told the business the plan rather than the cloak and dagger attitude they have.
