      Sal on time Good HR Good Teamwork Nice benifits Work Life Balance.

      Cons

      Don't know automation Don't know basic java like how concepts work in real time Higher management don't take your thoughts as inputs for the better of an app. Can't work with a manager who don't have basic knowledge of automation.

      Pros

      They try to improve on work life balance. There are chances of moving up the corporate ladder. Good people working there.

      Cons

      My manager was not very friendly and used fowl language. My 1 on 1's were not very meaninful or helpful. They were just to mark a checkbox.
