Pros

Professional colleagues, decent salary. Good compensation when you get laid off (and you will eventually).

Cons

Company keeps getting sold or reorganized every couple of years. No job security. You can perform well and do everything that's required, but that wouldn't be enough to keep your job.

I can only speak to the KACE part of the company, as Quest is a Frankenstein monster of different product families. The KACE SMA & SDA products continue to be well crafted, and extremely popular with customers who khow how to effectively implement and manage them.

Cons

I can only speak to the KACE part of the company, as Quest is a Frankenstein monster of different product families. The company's dedication to, and investment in, the KACE lines have declined over the years. There seems to be insufficient direction plotting currently.
