Pros

First need to know - there are a few different Business Units: OI, IM, UEM&DP, & MPM. OI and IM are the highest paid. The others - are not. Experience: For the ISR/AE team, you'll gain great experience selling to all sizes and verticals (there's no SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise breakdown). This puts you far ahead of other companies since you don't have to wait 5+ years to gain enterprise experience. Team: Direct Leadership really tries to be as transparent as they can and promote growth. They mostly promote from within as well (BDR to ISR/AE). The engineering/Dev team are built with smart people who do their best getting ahead of the competition (although, they are underfunded). If you have ideas for better processes, or want to reach out to the head of Prod Dev, there's nothing holding you back. Therefore, you can really have an impact outside of your direct responsibilities.

Cons

For the UEM/DP/MPM teams - Pay. It's well below market average. Especially when you see your quota. Every other SaaS/Security company pays at least double, but often well over that. Territories: They're mixed. You have the reps that get lucky and don't have to work hard whatsoever and exceed. Then you have reps that have to put in 9-12 hours a day to make their number (and barely be rewarded for it). Quest is owned by a PE firm, so that comes with a lot of leadership challenges and changes as well.
