Pros

Remote work, generous matching 401k, decent benefits.

Cons

Terrible financial condition due to PE firm overpaying for it in 2022. New leadership team is terrible. CEO seems to be bringing in a lot of people he knows from his time at EMC 20 years ago. He has been adding a lot of layers of upper management and most people being brought in have job hopped every one to two years for the past 10-20 years (including the CEO who has a lot of short tenured positions on his resume). They haven’t really done anything to enhance the product portfolio, but they have spent a ton of money on outside consultants that are probably friends of the CEO. Also spent a ton of money on a new logo and using a lot of AI catch phrases.
