      Cons

      Miserably low salary, Lack of promotions, Most people are stuck at the same salary level for 4+ years. Management is completely incompetent since only people that are useless in their roles gets promoted as managers. Higher leadership completely uninterested in anything regarding Serbian team.

      Good experience under the hood at a gargantuan beast of a business, people with knowledge and wisdom willing to share, tidy processes and systems to operate in. Friendly and flexible. Nice collaboration and colleagues - some real gems when I worked there. I felt appreciated as an employee for my efforts, taking forwards many things learned and areas of personal growth.

      Cons

      Whoever the people are at the top I am sure are lovely people however any communication top down was laughably robotic and monotonous (kind of like this review). Buzzwords.. corporate jargon.. whatever. Not at all an engaging or inspiring approach, despite the attempt to be. Talk to me like a normal person as all my other colleagues do!
