Pros

They will hire anyone. Literally anyone who is willing to work for them. So if you need a job quick, here is your opportunity.

Cons

After reading through some of the other reviews, I must agree Mgmt is by far the worst I have ever experienced. If there is another word or description that exceeds micro managing , that should be used here. The level of disrespect to their employees, treating adults as children that need to be watched over and corrected constantly is very disturbing. As many before me have mentioned, the pay is what makes this job not even worth considering. If you get in this role, immediately start looking elsewhere. It is honestly that under average.

Tons of PTO. Work life balance.

Cons

Low pay. Work hard then they just get rid of you. Would rather harm the company than keep and pay good loyal employees.
