Pros

From day one Quest showed me it is a great place to work, with people that care about you as a employee but as well as a human being. A company that is willing to consider changes and flexibility when it is important to keep a balance. Goals, deadlines and projects assigned are fair and reachable and the management team is skilled, knowledgeable and good in communication. It is a place that recognizes hard work and that challenges you to grow and gives opportunity to everyone. Diversity is as well, something important for me and at Quest I found a diverse and amazing team.

Cons

It seems it took a while to open up about flexibility at work until Covid confirmed that employees can be trusted, now the company is on board and making more and more changes that benefit the work-life balance.
