      -Flexibility to work remotely -Interesting business challenges if you are a problem solver -401(k) matching at 5% and vesting immediately

      Pay and 401k match were appealing

      Cons

      This was one of the most micro-managing, negative, and dysfunctional companies I’ve ever worked for. Extremely poor leaders who push Lean processes to a ridiculous extreme and don’t listen to employees. It was very toxic.
