The new c-suite team on toes to make company grow and successful Decent adoption of AI tools Though there are legacy products, there is an opportunities career growth and ample access to AI driven engineering tools

No pros, really no pros. Don’t be fooled and accept a job at Quest. Run for your life :)

Worst company I’ve worked for. Dysfunctional teams. Outdated tools. Toxic environment. Constant layoffs. Don’t believe the recent good reviews it’s obviously fake

Pros

None, honestly nothing whatsoever, this place is a horrible disaster.

Cons

Don't believe the recent run of good reviews. There's a very good chance they're all fake and/or written at the behest of the management. Quest Software likes to lay off people, this happens a lot, all the time. They treat their staff poorly. They are poorly organized. Staff morale is hopelessly and irretrievably low. There's no plan other than "AI will save us" (which it won't). Customer support - once second to none - is a horrible cheap mess.
