      Pros

      Great work/life balance and decent time off. Original senior management was good. Teams were great there as well as the people. I have so many friends still working.

      Cons

      Upper management needs an overhaul. We never got the tools we needed until there was no choice. Pay was decent but could have been better.

      Pros

      Startups have challenges even if the company was around prior to the Dell acquisition and the divestiture. Synergy is so important and in the time I have been a part of the new company it has had growing pains but so excited about the future. The culture has completely improved through the rebranding and looking at how far we have come since November 2016 the future is bright.

      Cons

      Should hold all accountable for their part of the customer experience. With so many different level of managers it sometimes feels like your not being valued the same as others who may not be providing the same level of customer experience. They seem to get rewarded for doing just enough to get by or qualify for Club even though they don't follow through on simple daily tasks.
