      there are no pros. awful work environment, horrible managers, horrible upper management

      DOES NOT pay full commissions. Is all a scam. Managers are awful and uneducated.

      Pros

      I was moved over to Quest after working for Dell for 10+ years. I love working @ Quest, it is like a mini-Dell and I enjoyed my time there too. Quest empowers me to do a good job, provide fanatical customer service and encourages improvement for all employees. I am in a sales support/team leader role and get to work remote 100% of the time. It can be challenging not having an office to report to but Quest gives me all the tools I need to work remotely and be productive...laptop, headset, network, internet and support.

      Cons

      Quest is a smaller company, upward mobility can take a little longer with less positions.
