      Solid leaders Great sw solutions Passionate employees Good company culture Innovation!

      Cons

      Not much, we've had some employee churn since we divested from Dell & disbanded the Dell Software Group but future looks good!

      This review is about year 2003, not 2013 (the earliest available from drop-down menu).

      Cons

      They bought a start-up I worked at and changed the culture from vibrant and intellectual to stale and mind-numbing.

      Pros

      People here are fantastic and there is great team spirit. Great working environment with flexibility to work from home if needed. Local management approachable and friendly.

      Cons

      One or two moaners in the office who find fault with everything, they should just leave.
